THE EFFECT OF WORKING CAPITAL TURNOVER, AND LIQUIDITY ON PROFITABILITY IN COMPANIES AT PT. KALBE FARMA, TBK 2013-2022

The research objective is to find out how and how much influence
working capital turnover, liquidity on profitability partially in PT. Kalbe
Farma, Tbk in 2013-2022. The samples studied were 10 years old by means
of purposive sampling. The variables studied include Working Capital
(WCT), Liquidity (CR), and Profitability (ROA) as the dependent variables.
Data obtained through secondary data from the Financial Statements of PT. Kalbe Farma, Tbk, and analyzed using multiple linear regression through SPSS output. The results of the regression show that working capital turnover has a significant effect on profitability, namely 0.005 <0.05, but liquidity has no significant effect on profitability. Based on the results of this study, it is suggested that the management maintain the results of working capital and the company must manage liquidity effectively and efficiently to generate adequate profits.
