Abstract

Starting to sell digitally is not difficult, but it's not easy either. By selling digitally, a marketing strategy is needed to promote and increase consumer interest. Business communication strategies improve and develop from year to year. A business communication strategy is needed so that consumers' buying interest can increase and shop through strategies that are made and made easy. This study aims to determine a new business communication strategy through Instagram as a medium of communication in business. The data collection technique that will be carried out in this study is a literature study. The advantage of the latest business communication strategy lies in conveying messages to consumers with the features available on Instagram, and affordable and up-to-date prices for each seller's account user.
